Diversity Coordination Communications, Outreach, & Reporting

The developer of the commercial portion of this development, The Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) through its affiliate the Lower Hill Developer LLC, in order to assure that compliance of the the Community Collaboration and Implementation Plan (CCIP) is met, E. Holdings, Inc. has been contracted as an Outreach and Communications Consultant. In that capacity, E. Holdings will focus on solidifying bridges between the development team and the minority and women-owned business community to enhance the inclusion of local, disadvantaged contractors and service providers in this transformational project.

The eHoldings team is overseeing the building of a M/WBE database, including vetting of the general qualifications and capabilities of businesses and identification of specific needs. Once these needs have been identified the E.
