Community Engagement
E. Holdings Inc. was contracted under Michael Baker International to assist with public engagement during the network redesign planning process. This includes a public participation plan that includes educating the public about the plan and opportunities for the public to give input and comments during plan development. This will be achieved through a series of public meetings, online surveys, pop-up input tents throughout the county, and stakeholder outreach. Throughout these engagement activities we will utilize multiple methods and techniques to ensure equity and inclusivity. We will also utilize social media, radio, tv, and print advertisements to disperse information and advertise input opportunities.
As of December 2023 we have completed two online meetings with 90 people in attendance, 23 pop-ups throughout the service area where we collected over 500 comments, and an online survey which received 2158 responses.
