Job Description
E.Holdings, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Planner / Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of urban planning initiatives and community outreach. This leadership role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in planning, stakeholder engagement, and consulting who is on the project management tract. The position serves as a bridge between senior leadership and junior staff and is critical to advancing strategic priorities across planning, design, and communications projects.
The Planner / Associate Project Manager will gain project management experience in community planning and communications projects. Responsibilities include assisting in project management, including serving as a task lead, managing timelines and deliverables, engaging stakeholders, and supporting business development. This position requires the ability to lead multidisciplinary efforts, coordinate with diverse communities and agencies, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Take on a leadership role in community planning, strategic plans, and feasibility studies aligned with client goals.
- Assist in managing public engagement strategies, including stakeholder meetings and outreach materials.
- Supervise project assignments, track project timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Provide assistance with advising public officials and community partners on planning and zoning issues.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support proposal writing and client presentations as part of business development.
- Attend industry events to represent the company and expand professional networks.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
Required Skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office required, Adobe Creative Suite and engagement tools a plus.
- Strong decision-making, adaptability, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
