Outreach & Support
In order to facilitate the community and neighborhood vision, E. Holdings, Inc. developed a comprehensive outreach plan that included both the public and involved stakeholders as active participants in the process. The plan included a variety of methods for gathering input, including holding interactive public forums, hosting stakeholder brainstorming sessions, and supplementing public meetings with follow-up surveys and questionnaires shared on municipal websites and social media outlets. E. Holdings, Inc. also coordinated with the Castle Shannon Borough to organize a stakeholder round-table, where project progress and the preliminary public engagement plan were presented for feedback and review. As part of the gathered feedback, the idea to utilize Castle Shannon’s existing Future’s Forum series as a public input opportunity was incorporated into the process, and E. Holdings, Inc. worked closely with borough staff to plan and advertise the Future’s Forum so it included TOD feedback opportunities.
