Coordination of Project Funding
E. Holdings utilized its expertise in finance and real estate development to help the Kingsley Association construct the Lincoln-Larimer Community Service Center, an $8.3 million, 56,000 square feet initiative. E. Holdings provided development expertise to help the Kingsley Association secure essential project funding which had presented a major obstacle to the success of the project.
The completed center contains three core elements that, when combined, provide a multi-purpose venue for community-based services and programming. The facility has an indoor regulation size gymnasium, twenty-five-meter indoor swimming pool, and a three-story office tower which houses program offices. The Kingsley Association-Lincoln-Larimer Community Service Center is a premier and longstanding provider of services to Pittsburgh’s urban and suburban residents, serving the East End of Pittsburgh and beyond.
