Community Development and Planning — The Lincoln Larimer Community Service Center is $8.3 million, 56,000 square feet, three-story building sponsored by the Kingsley Association. The project consisted of three core elements that when combined, provide a multi-purpose venue for community-based services and programming. Complete with an indoor regulation size gymnasium, twenty-five meter indoor swimming pool, and a three-story office tower to house program offices. In the capacity of providing real estate development services, we secured essential project funding—which had presented a potential major obstacle to the success of the project. This project illustrates our success in understanding community development and planning.
