Development Consultant, Organizational Capacity Consultant – Zero One Eco-Housing’s (ZOE), a subsidiary of CEED, Inc, purpose is to provide affordable, accessible housing world-wide, including both the innovative manufactured components to construct the housing units as well as the workforce development training to teach local populations how to assemble the houses. CEED creates opportunities for economic success and community growth in Southwestern Pennsylvania with small business startup support & housing solutions for immigrant, refugee and inner city populations through two core programs. E. Holdings is the Project Manager, leading CEED’s development planning efforts. As a communications liaison for CEED, E. Holdings developed a series of collateral/ marketing materials to solicit project support and funding. Additional services included: completing a Facility Financial Analysis and preparing a Facility Management Recommendation report for a commercial site located in Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood.
